This project encompassed a full sash window and structural repair. The original sash windows were replaced, and the deteriorated box frame was fully restored. Rotten timbers and sills were replaced, and the entire structure was treated to prevent future rot. The sash windows were reinstalled, and the frames were draught-proofed. Steel reinforcement was added beneath the balcony to support both the window and the overhead structure. Finally, all timber elements were treated and finished, ensuring durability and a restored historical aesthetic.
